Pain & Demand
Don't build the idea you love — build what people already search for and already buy. Demand has to exist before you show up. A market earns the green light when it passes the RRT test: it is Recession-resistant (people buy in good times and bad), the price can be Raised (you're not trapped competing at the bottom), and Technology improves the margin (every advance makes you more profitable, not less).

Reader
Write for one named buyer, defined by real data — not a hunch about "everyone." When the reader feels "this was made for me," they convert. The more specific the person you picture, the more you sell. Vague audiences produce vague pages that move no one.

Offer Above the Fold
Your headline, sub-headline, and call-to-action must be visible before anyone scrolls. Apply the bar test: if you can't say your offer out loud over loud music at a bar and still be understood, it's too complicated — cut it down until you can.

Every strong brand tells its story in three beats. The Villain is the real problem your customer is fighting. The Victim is who they are before they find you. The Vow is the specific promise of who they become after. Name all three and your message stops being about you and starts being about them.

Put real proof high on the page — and only real proof. Documented outcomes, named results, verifiable numbers. Real evidence compounds trust every time a prospect checks it. Invented testimonials and inflated counts do the opposite: they collapse the moment someone looks closely. Earn the proof, then lead with it.

Lead with the reader's pain, not your feature list. Match the message to the traffic: cold visitors from an ad need a pattern interrupt that sparks curiosity; warm visitors already on your page need their pain named first. Then give one clear call-to-action — and reply fast. Confusion and delay are where conversions go to die.
